By creating an account or using Loadies ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Loadies is a personal organizer for media you already own or have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to store and serve it back to you and the family members you share with.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
